RENTAL PRICING

Weekday Rental: $200 for a 24 hour rental Monday-Thursday

Weekend Rental: $550 for a Friday pickup and a Monday/Sunday return

FULL SERVICE:  $1600 Includes a $400 credit for beverages, delivery within a 15 mile radius of Springfield. .79 a mile outside the 15 miles, four hours of an OLCC server (additional hour are $50 an hour, we provide one server per every 100 guests. Additional servers are $100 for four hours. It also includes event insurance with an alcohol endorsement, setup, 500 plastic cups, wine cups, cocktail napkins, champagne service, wine service and up to two signature cocktail service and take down. 

BARTENDING SERVICE ADD-ON-  $400. This option allows you to pick up the trailer on Friday and deliver it to the venue.  You set up the bar and provide your own beverages, cups and insurance policy.  We will dispatch an OLCC bartender one hour prior to service start time.  Our server will provide 4 hours of service.  This option is available at no travel cost within a 15 mile radius of Springfield.  If outside the 15 mile radius, there is a .79 a mile travel fee. You return the trailer on Sunday.

It is NOT recommended our trailers run on a generator.

However, if you do, it must be 5000W or greater.
